All K-12 Students Ride Fare Free!

At Victor Valley Transit we strongly believe one of the best ways to help a student’s education is to be able to provide reliable transportation options for them.

With that in mind, we are happy to announce we are joining with our partners at the San Bernardino County Transportation Authority – SBCTA and supporting agencies, beginning Monday, August 7th all students K-12 will be able to ride Victor Valley Transit fare free on any of our Fixed or County Routes!

You heard that right…All Students K-12 will now ride Fare Free with VVTA and throughout San Bernardino County! Just show your Student ID to the Bus Operator and off you go! This program is available to all K-12 Students riding VVTA on any VVTA Regional Fixed and County Routes, 7 Days a Week!

This offer does not apply to Commuter Routes, Route 15, Direct Access or Micro-Link.

Victor Valley College Students

VVTA accepts valid Victor Valley College (VVC) Associated Student Body (ASB) or VVC Photo ID cards as fare on all VVTA Fixed and County Route buses. VVC ID cards are valid as fare during the term (or semester) for which they were issued, which spans from the official term start date through the first week of the next term. Cards issued for the previous term are not valid as fare, unless a valid decal from the current term is attached. The VVTA Student ID does not and will not replace the VVC ID cards. The VVTA Student Photo ID is a discount fare identification card available to verified students throughout VVTA’s service area. The VVTA Student Photo ID does not replace the VVC ASB or Photo ID pass cards, which are exclusive to VVC students.
