Victor Valley Transit Authority operates its programs and services without regard to race, color, and national origin in accordance with Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964. Any person who believes she or he has been aggrieved by any unlawful discriminatory practice under Title VI may file a complaint with Victor Valley Transit Authority. 2019-2021 DBE GOAL
Victor Valley Transit Authority (VVTA), in accordance with 49 CFR Part 26.45, hereby publishes this notice of its 2019-2021 proposed Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) goal. VVTA’s proposed DBE goal is 1.00 % participation for the combined US Department of Transportation (DOT) assisted contracting opportunities.

NOTICE IS GIVEN that the public comment period will open to receive oral and written statements regarding the Adoption of Federal Transit Administration Disadvantaged Business Enterprise Goal of 4% for Federal Fiscal Years 2022-2024. Comment period will remain open for a period of 30 days (6/1/2021 through 07/01/2021).
