Victor Valley Transit Authority (VVTA), in partnership with Transportation Management Design, Inc. (TMD) is evaluating all aspects of the VVTA system throughout the greater Victor Valley area to determine potential improvements to create a more equitable, effective, and efficient transit network. This analysis is called a Comprehensive Operational Analysis.
Goals
- Identify what services are working well and what services could be improved
- Create a transit system that supports the needs of the community
- Propose recommendations for future service changes or expansions

- Summer/Fall 2023 – Data Collection
- Fall 2023 – Review of Existing Conditions/Services
- Winter/Spring 2023/24 – Prioritization/Development of Guiding Principles
- Winter/Spring 2023/24 – Development of Draft Service Recommendations

- Summer 2024 – Adoption
