Just make your appointment for Hook Community Center at sbcovid19.com/vaccine/locations and at least 30 minutes before your appointment time, come to our Transit Hub at 7th & Lorene and look for the Vaccine Xpress Bus Stop Sign, and one of our friendly drivers will take care of the rest!
